During Happy Valley race meeting (two and a half hours before the first race until one and a half hours after the last race), parking facilities are only available for Stewards, Honorary Stewards, Voting Members, Honorary Voting Members and valid raceday car park label holders. When the Jockey Club Headquarters Car Park is full, holders of valid raceday car park labels will be directed to park at the Infield Car Park of Happy Valley Racecourse. For Owners with starters or Owners with table reservations, each of the Owners with table reservations or Owners with Starters will be offered one parking space at the Jockey Club Headquarters Car Park. To reserve a parking space, please register the car licence plate number when making a table reservation or call 1815 from 9:00am on the declaration day. Car park labels will be offered to Owners on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to space availability.

During Sha Tin race meetings, the P1 Sha Tin Racecourse Multi-Level Car Park is only available for Stewards, Honorary Stewards, Voting Members, Honorary Voting Members, Owners and other holders of valid raceday car park label or electronic QR code. The P3 Sha Tin Grandstand Car Park is available for holders with valid car park labels or electronic QR codes, subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis.
